Licensing Professionals provide clear, honest, and transparent advice, using extensive experience to help clients obtain the appropriate Premises Licence for their business.

We offer a bespoke Premises Licence Application Service, delivered by experienced licensing consultants who manage the process from start to finish. We assist clients across England and Wales, supporting applications for all types of premises and licensable activities.

A Premises Licence is required where any of the following licensable activities take place:
-
Sale of alcohol by retail
-
Regulated entertainment
-
Late night refreshment

Our comprehensive service is designed to give clients the best possible chance of success, while ensuring applications are robust, proportionate, and aligned with the licensing objectives.

Before any work begins, and before you commit to a contract, we carry out an initial assessment of the proposed application. This ensures you are fully informed of the process, potential risks, and any issues that may arise.
