Anyone wishing to sell alcohol, provide regulated entertainment, or supply late night refreshment is required to hold a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003.

Where representations cannot be resolved, our consultants can represent clients at a Licensing Sub-Committee hearing.

• Newspaper Notice: variable, subject to location

• Licensing Authority Application Fee: variable, based on the non-domestic rateable value of the premises
